My evaluation period has ended for Resharper 8, however my team at Microsoft has a license server for C# edition. I'm unable to change to the C# edition to get the license from the server working correctly. I tried uninstall/reinstall, now I'm trying uninstall, reboot, reinstall. This is very very annoying to need to do just to change the edition...
@Wes, please use ReSHarper 8.0.1 EAP as described here in comments: http://resharper-support.jetbrains.com/entries/24944478-ReSharper-8-cannot-get-a-valid-7-0-Subscription-license-from-License-Server-with-No-Free-Ticket-Avai
