We're working on a TypeScript support now, and some basic features were included in ReSharper 8.0. However, TypeScript support is not yet finished (we're planning to complete TypeScript support in ReSharper 8.1 now), so there are some known issues regarding this matter, for example, http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/RSRP-361625.
If you're suffering from this (or any similar) issue, please turn off TypeScript support in the "ReSharper | Options | Environment | Languages" dialog for now.
