Previous Resharper license is not automatically transfered to ReSharper 9.x

Due to the big changes in ReSharper Editions, ReSharper Platform and other .NET Tools products, there is a need to re-enter your License Information on the 1st run of a new version of ReSharper (or other .NET Tools products).
Also note, that if you have JetBrains License Server with Auto-Discovery running in your network, it will be automatically connected on the 1st run.

Note: this is done to avoid conflicts between License Keys from different versions, editions or JetBrains Accounts that could've been used in previous versions of different products.
